These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to $STONKPOT, including this site and any related apps, wallets, sockets, and game rooms (the “Service”).

By connecting a wallet, creating a guest session, depositing $STONK, or sitting a table, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher.

You are solely responsible for making sure that online games of chance, crypto wagering, and $STONK transfers are legal where you live. $STONKPOT does not offer the Service to people in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.

You represent that you are not using a stolen wallet, a sanctioned wallet, or funds you are not allowed to spend.

$STONKPOT is a player-versus-player (PvP) game platform. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, or investment product.

Real tables and arcade rooms use $STONK credits. Practice / demo rooms have no cash value.

Blackjack, coin flip, dice, and mines are games of chance among players. Outcomes can be random. You can lose some or all of the $STONK you deposit.

In-game credits track $STONK you send to the house vault. Credits are not a separate token, not a security, and not a stored-value account with consumer protections.

Deposits are on-chain. They are credited only after the Service confirms the transfer. Wrong network, wrong mint, or wrong destination can mean a permanent loss of funds.

Withdraws send value from the vault according to the live $STONK price and the Service’s processing bots. Timing is not guaranteed. Network fees, congestion, and vault liquidity can delay or fail a payout.

Minimums, table stakes, and available balances are shown in the product. You cannot withdraw more than your available credits.

Unless a table says otherwise, the winner takes 90% of the pot. The remaining 10% is retained by the house.

50% of those house fees is earmarked for $STONK airdrops to the top 50 players on the leaderboard, paid from $STONKPOT profits. Timing and exact splits can change with play volume.

On a table you must act when it is your turn. Practice guests who sit idle for a round may be removed.

Displayed cards, timers, and results are the record of the round. If a client glitches, the server state controls.

You access real play by signing a STONKPOT login message with your Solana wallet. You are responsible for that wallet, its seed phrase, and any device that signs for you.

$STONKPOT never asks for your seed phrase. Anyone who does is not us.

Guest / practice play is tied to a local session and can be lost if you clear storage.

$STONK and SOL prices move. The dollar or SOL value of a deposit can change before, during, and after play.

Smart contracts, RPCs, wallets, and third-party sites such as Jupiter are outside our full control. Bugs, forks, and downtime can happen.

Nothing on $STONKPOT is financial, tax, or legal advice. Play only what you can afford to lose.

You may not cheat, collude, exploit bugs, flood the Service, scrape it abusively, or interfere with other players.

We may freeze credits, refuse withdraws, kick seats, or block wallets if we reasonably believe the Terms were broken, funds are disputed, or the Service is at risk.

The Service is provided “as is.” Tables, bots, and prices can pause without notice for maintenance, attacks, or legal reasons.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that a particular bet will be accepted.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, $STONKPOT and its operators are not liable for lost $STONK, lost profits, wallet compromise, RPC failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the $STONK credits in your account at the time of the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is less.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. The date below is the latest version.
